Wednesday, July 30, 2008 suddenly i had a whole lot of flashbacks and started thinking about secondary sch life. It started with me entering HIHS. i had a PSLE score of 223 and HIHS was sadly my fifth choice.The first day i entered the school, was the day that i cant wait to get out of that sch as soon as possible. My folks approach the principal trying to appeal and get me to a better sch. Nan Chaiu. HIHS was notorious for .. hmm. well being not a good sch with BENGS and LIANS and being an IG girl, i was quite a goody two shoes but a super playful one. LALALA So, its quite obvious the appeal failed and i got into a class named 1Unity. Oh. and 2 other girls from OLN entered HIHS and they are Charmaine Lim and Tam Choi Yee. both were gd frnds that drifted =( anyways, the very first day of sch, i simply cant imagine myself With the shirt tucked in and the knee length skirt. i bet i looked totally retarded and toot. Our form tcher was Mrs Koh and our co-form kinda change a few times till i cant rmb who it is. we went into the class and were asked to get seated so i took a seat at the back and guess who was sitting beside me? yes, Miss XJY so she was kinda the first person i know although we didnt talk.then our tcher then wanted for us to sit in pairs but with opposite sex and i go damn! confirm awkward one.. Luckily, the girls are to take the seats while the guys choose a seats beside the girls. A guy named Andre beside me i rmbed his non-stop singing buzzing my ears totally irritating oh and he is the class monitor On the second day of sch, guess what? i was partnerless! He appealed for some other sch which was a success DAMN. this was quite shitty because im the only one without a partner but i guess God took pity on me with a pinch of favouritism that the next day, he gave me a cute partner! but he is from China. and he looks way better than Andre. he is the oh-so-famous Yang Qiao DeLong so the lesson began and stuffs.. Sec 1, there were crushes quarrels dates and monkey bars yes the bars. the circus. i never regret playing them. but not the quarrels changed alot of stuffs. but still, we got through and all of us are still friends! JieYing JunLin JunWen JiaMin Carmen Cheryl Rowen and Nicky? and one memorable incident was at the pull up bars we were turning and realise there were a whole lot of ants. and we started singing and screaming at them. we were like yelling the "grow ad song" it goes like 1 2 3 4 i wanna grow up 5 6 7 8 i wanna get good grades...... Like now u think back, those were the crazy stuffs we would do. I SO SO SO MISS THEM and then.. sec 2.. we became sec2Unity stll the 40 of us, 20 girls 20 boys every one of us makes a difference to the class sec 2 we had a story it begun with teasing. and chasing around the lab, after a stolen pencil case. and then i fell.. OUCH and.. something begun, something was created feelings, concern, love? but we had a thing for each other he was nice yet childish. but of course we were sec 2 Cheryl's first love~ HAHA we had a mutual feeling for each other but somehow we didnt get tgt no idea why maybe one day when we grow up(even older, not that im not a grown up now) and start talking, i would ask him.. and there was this issue of who like who and classmates would go arnd teasing and making fun. yes, thats how lower sec life was Sec 2 was also when the fun really started because everyone bonded and Sec 2 unity, was really quite united oh, we moved sch to punggol, edgefield or something. and there was Block catching Chunfu Lun Tat Dion Jason Howard WeeSeng WeiQuan Hubert Chek kee Edmund Jasmine Jessalynne JieYing JunLin JunWen Cheryl thats the people that i rmb playing. well maybe there are more but i cant rmb =x so we played, and there were irritated residents who threatened to call the police because we were too noisy. twice in a day. JOKE guess what, its because of all the screamings when the catcher is nearby. screaming is fun! =P and there were blind mice too. funny. also, there were cheerleading winning of trophies and medals in x-country ^^ disciplinary actions taken. OH!! which reminds me JAMIL the number one terrorist in our sch. HAHA he was the DM, everyone fears him, almost no one dare rebel when he is arnd and there was this time when we were secretly listening to JY's discman and we got caught by him. it was quite a big deal because he search our bags and the whole class and some handphones got consficated because we werent allowed to carry handphones to sch at that time so JL and we got into trouble while JY escapes the wrath of him our phones were confiscated. Imagine me phoneless. omg and many other cases.. BLAH and sec2 were also the badmintons and sports days(bball, table tennis, soccer?) we go arnd playing badminton from hougang cc to wherever and also, the TELETUBBIES were born! there were also the Pasir Ris parks days where we often travelled there to cycle and play at our plate. aaahhh the times in lower sec.. Sec2, we had our exams and i did quite well and i chosen combined science with Pure Bio thats how sec2 unity got separated. but for me, the unity spirit would continue for another 2yrs because my sec 3 class was.. yes, 3UNITY! then 4UNITY! oh. and sec 3. there was this other story. actually there were a few =x but this guy, guess who! lalalala yes yes. MrLim! while playing badminton, i was spotted =x and somehow we became frnds through friendster! wonders of friendster =.= haha! we talk, feelings grown. i thought he was cute. and toot. but he was too shy, and i was too.. once, he wanted to date me out but was too shy to so he typed it in the form of a code! and i had to decipher it. funny but he was super sweet too he delivered present to my place with the mouse! and lollipops in sch. i rmb at the bridge, we jammed the whole bridge because we met each other at the middle and stop because he wanted to give me the lollipops i think we got stunned there. well i was =x and i rmb our group getting into quite alot of trouble oops. back to this topic again. once we were doing project and we were locked inside the classroom so we ask 2 other frnds to climb into the classroom to accompany us yes, through the windows! we pluck out the window panes and Carmen and Jiamin climbed in and because of this, they got into trouble OOPS! but now, while typing, i cant help but laugh out loud because it was certainly comical Imagine a grp of girls trying to help two other climb through a small space between the empty window. and there was breakfast in the morning and chionging through the gates without getting caught by the security guards. and suddenly, i cant rmb. well, i met lot of guys n blah.. but in HIHS, i gave my heart to 3 guys. 2 down, so... the last guy, it was HIM. lalalala. Mr Tan Tan Tan Jun Hao Howard. I accepted him in sec4 and indirectly kinda rejected MrLim if Lim were to ask first, things would have been different. And before he could ask, or us going any further, i was attached to Howard! my very first offical relationship. Sec 4, O lvl Year i converted, church was fun and meaningful i love the people there but theres this difficulty of me sharing with the others because nth spectacular happen even small things, doesnt seem like worthy to be spoken of but i would still like to thank Yushan, for bringing me there, being my shepherd and then it was pretty Dawn :] sec 4 unity was equally crazy, i had to sit in front cos Nathan and Garnesan said i shdnt sit at the back as i would YAK YAK and not pay attention so, i got front row seats BOO!! but sitting there was fun cos i had the crazy Yushan sitting behind me we cld crap all the time and also, there were Amaths lessons when everytime we got back our results Xuelin Yushan Yanru Me would compare our 1 digit mark i had straight F9 for Amaths till olvl.. i got a B3!! arent u proud of me! =x and in sec 4 when there was spot check no matter what im always the lucky one to get caught that is whether its fingernails, hair, shirt, skirt, socks im like Nathan and Garnesan's target. and my fringe were always too long for them and they make me cut my hair in the toilet. or pushing up my fringe with not a strand of hair left on the forehead super funny and unglam there were also the historical moments in 4Unity. In Mrs Tay lesson.. Jolene tied her hair for the full double periods with constant stares from the tcher, she continued for the whole lesson HAHA and in SS, Howchye wanted to call Xuelin and both were sitting at the opposite end of the classroom horizontally. So Howchye went "XUELIN.." and the tcher turned arnd and said," Wow, that must be the loudest whispers that ive ever heard!" indeed it was, it was so loud that everyone in class heard in except her kuku and there was me. screams =x and then i cant rmb anymore.. hmmm well, sec sch life was indeed very very extremely fun and interesting. its getting so long that im even tired of typing it out. i shall edit when i have the time! so TATA for now |
