BALLET :)

started learning since i was a young young girl
and i remembered i love it a lot
i had my cousin and my friends in the class
having fun and being mischievous and everything

we would look exactly like this during our break time if someone were to actually take a snapshot of us. and then we'll scramble off the bars when we hear our teachers entering the room.
and in sec school i rmbed we still did play on the ballet bars like how monkeys do.
totally influence by what we crazy girls did in HIHS xD

ballet itself is an extraordinary dance, the grace, the footwork, the talent.......
and how great would it be to actually be of a world class ballerina standard

like wow,
i would hear cracks in my bones if i'm in this position.

the sad thing is, people kinda lose the passion for ballet as they grow older
i see friends quitting and everything
got demotivated in a kind of way
held on for awhile longer because ballet was something that i haven't stopped learning halfway
( i stopped swimming, piano, guitar, guzheng, and so on.)
until the time when we felt that our centre was only leeching our money
and there was no room for improvement under them
i stopped after getting my pathetic sub elementary cert
hui and i wanted to source for another school
but we had to wait for her to get her sub-el cert first
and so i actually stop doing ballet for like 2 years
and i also kinda stopped exercising
can u imagine how fat i was!?!
lol
and the first time when we entered le Grand
wearing our tights and leotards again
i felt like banging my head against the wall at the sight of my enormous thunder legs
our muscles were flabby and we totally lost all our stamina
but yay, from then till now, we improved a whole lot

the worst point of time for my entire life in ballet was this year
when i had a stupid injury at my right leg
one of my bone was out of place or something
and it got worst over time
resulting in pain even when i tried pointing my foot
needless to say, i can't even go on pointe on my right
looking at how useless my injury had caused my foot to be
for once, i really wished that i had two left feet

i felt like quitting, i lost the urge to go for classes
and we had rag which i used it as an excuse to not go for classes
although i would rather be at rag then at ballet
fine.
i wanna be at both if i can split myself
and after rag, school started and it's impossible for me to rush down for class on fridays
and the worst thing is classes may be on fridays only in future
the teacher was also pressurizing me that in my state i would not be able to take the exam
after going for two sinseh treatment my leg got better
the pain wasn't there but then now there was an alignment problem
seriously, i just felt like throwing away on my shoes and stop everything

but looking at how hui was trying to help me
she lend me her shoes, supported me through :D
i started practicing and correcting the problem last week
and wallah!
i'm now able to do the set pointe exercise
which i hadn't been able to do without the bar for the past few months

i'm so proud of myself
i actually survive!!
xD

you may sympathise, but it's impossible for you onlookers to empathize.
because simply, you're in no situation like this

being a ballerina isn't easy,
but i'm glad that i'm one.
one with an attitude.
